Is their a security deposit ? Yes, our security deposits are $200.00 for The Courtyard + Party Room or The Hardware Store and $300 for both. What is the Cleaning Fee for ? The Cleaning Fee is for tolitetries, bathroom cleaning, sweeping, ect. Will I need security ? You only need security if you are serving Alcohol.
